I ORDERED 2 Pair of boots almost 2 months before Christmas.its Jan 3rd and they just came.

the quality of the product is very poor. they sent the wrong color, along with the wrong size. what a rip!! so i called and talked to customer service and by the way they are talking, after i pay to send them back, they receive the items, email the postage info, about 2 weeks after all that i might just get a refund!!

so then again we are looking at at least 2-3 months for a refund!! what kinda low budget company is this.

very unprofessional!!!will never deal with them again!!

Monetary Loss: $22.
