I order two tablets two years ago for my grandchildren for Christmas and never got new ones nor got paid back for them, because NMR informed me that because they buy in abundace to bring us savings therefore there were no refund nor exchange.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of tablet. Nomorerack needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
