Ordered boots on 11/23/2012. Rec'd confirmation email with a "tracking number" no indication as to what service nomorerack.com used to ship items. Soon learned this was a phony tracking # to no where. My bank account was docked in full for the item that was not shipped.

Called nomorerack after researching how to contact them online because their emails provide NO information. Customer Service rep had no information and could not tell me the status of my order. She had to "elevate" my inquiry to a "supervisor" never got any call back. Sent emails to their office in NYC. Got illiterate email responses "always here to help" but really means no intention of helping. Was told in one email a credit could not be issued because the supplier had "already shipped" but when and where was never provided. Another email said a credit had been issued. Never saw a credit.

Complaint to BBB nomorerack lied and said a credit was issued. It wasn't. Sent another email inquiry to nomorerack and was told they would issue a credit. Never did. Received a letter stating a credit was issued.

After 3 months, received the item purchased. Wrong size and wrong color.

This business-if you want to call it a "business- is nothing more than an internet scam. They take money without shipping your product. Once hassled to death for the product, they just grab any item and send it to you to appear to be operating legally.

Monetary Loss: $155.
